Slide the arm pivot through the braces, and glue the two sides of the arm together, around the pivot. Glue the stone to the track, then the track to the base. Put the winch pivot (winch-1) through it's holes and then glue the two winch cranks on the ends. Glue the two halves of the counterweight together. Put filament through the hole in the counterweight, and through the hole on the short end of the arm. Clip, leaving about 2-3mm on either side. Melt the filament with a lighter and press it with something metal to rivet it on both sides. I used some waxed twine to wrap around the arm to create a loop that could be attached by another piece of twine to the winch. Take 4 ends of twine on the 4 corners of the sling around the stone and glue them down. They can be tied back to one strand that goes back to the end of the arm and then is wrapped around it.
